Overview

Being an Evaluator in a mining site is not easy! While it is not solo Journey- Evaluator work with 2 or more people in the process, they are waiting for the time to receive the review and approve the report to make the process complete.

The process takes physical action and manually enters data into the file, creates a report and sends to approval.  

Our goal was to ensure this tool not only functional but also intuitive and effective for our diverse user base, which included independent environmental consultants, site managers, and regulatory bodies.

Our goal is to develop a comprehensive risk management solution that provides insights into the company's current risk management practices, clarifies technical details to answer "How risky are we?", and enhances visibility on the necessary actions to reduce risks and ensure safety.

Our goal is to develop a comprehensive risk management solution that provides insights into the company's current risk management practices, clarifies technical details to answer "How risky are we?", and enhances visibility on the necessary actions to reduce risks and ensure safety.

This solution will also streamline processes to save significant time in cyclical internal and external auditing routines, reporting to management and the board, and training new personnel, consultants, and independent reviewers.

By achieving these objectives, we aim to improve overall risk management, communication, and efficiency within the organization.

Why this research method: On Dicovery stage we also found out that Criteria answering questions is most challenging part from the UX. So we decided to come with Version for this section and test. We got clear image on Guidlens principles and followed UX Best practices
